Vaayuu Esports organizes skill-based esports tournaments — both online and offline. Players compete using their gaming skills in titles like BGMI and Free Fire.
✅ This is NOT gambling. Under the Public Gambling Act, 1867, games of skill are explicitly exempt from gambling regulations in India. Our tournaments are purely skill-based competitions where the outcome is determined entirely by the player's ability, strategy, and performance — not by chance.
✅ The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has consistently ruled in multiple landmark judgments that skill-based games and competitions are legal, protected activities. Esports tournaments fall squarely within this category.
✅ The Ministry of Sports, Government of India officially recognized Esports as a sport in 2022, and Esports was included as an official medal event in the Asian Games 2022 — confirming its status as a legitimate competitive sport at the highest international level.
✅ Entry/registration fees collected are participation fees — identical to registration fees paid in cricket tournaments, chess championships, or any other sporting event. These fees cover event organization, operations, and prize distribution.
✅ All tournaments are conducted in a fair, transparent, and anti-cheat enforced environment. Prize money is distributed to winners based on merit and performance alone. Vaayuu Esports does not operate any lottery, betting, or gambling activity of any kind.
